Q. Would I be able to get a refund?

A. All of our sales are FINAL. All of our products are custom-made, so our products are non-refundable.

Q. How long would it take for my order to ship?

A. Majority of our items are made to order; however, our average delivery time is 7-14 business days. Please allow up to three business weeks for the product to ship if you order on a sale.

Q. Could I pay for expedited production?

A. As of now, no, but we’re working on reducing our processing time down to 2-4 business days. 

Q. What sizes do you carry?

A. Our brand is radically inclusive, we provide all sizes ranging from XS to 5XL. Please email our team is you have any further concerns regarding our sizing table.

Q. Would it matter what shipping I pay? 

A. When it comes to our apparel, the processing time is standard. Therefore, priority shipping makes it get to you faster once put in the mail. First-class shipping is just as good but takes a little longer depending on location.

Q. What if I didn’t get a confirmation email? 

A. If you did not get a confirmation email, there may have been a misspelling error in your email. Our team sends out an email as soon as you make a purchase. If you deem that your email was accurate and you require further help, please reach out to our team at klbclothing@gmail.com.

Q. My package was stolen/lost, what do I do?

A. We are not responsible for any stolen or lost packages, however, we may be able to help.  Please contact the shipping carrier in charge of your delivery to report your item stolen/lost. Once that step is completed, please reach out to our team at klbclothing@gmail.com.

Q. Do you ship worldwide? 

A. Of course! We do. Your fees are automatically calculated after you enter your shipping address. You may be met with a flat rate depending on the destination.
